Additionally, we defend violations of the Door-to-Door Sales Act, advise and investigate violations of the Door-to-Door Sales Act by mutual associations and business organizations, advise on the registration of door-to-door sales businesses, investigate and respond to violations of the Installment Transaction Act, including non-payment of advance payments, advise and investigate violations of the Installment Transaction Act by mutual associations and business organizations, and advise on the registration of prepaid installment transaction businesses and CMS.
